Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE standard (3-10 days) for any order of £20 or more. 

Purchases under £20.00 incur a small charge of £3.95 (standard 3-10 days) for delivery. 

We can only deliver to the United Kingdom.

Standard second class delivery is FREE of charge within the UK for orders of £20 and over.

Upgraded delivery options are also available at extra charge.

All deliveries are fully insured by us, FREE of charge.

We aim to despatch all orders by the end of the following working day.

Delivery will be by courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of the order, and the area in which you live.

We would normally expect you to have received your order within seven to ten working days of placing it. The majority of our orders despatched arrive much sooner, but please allow extra time during bank holidays and at Christmas. If you have not received your order within this time please contact us. We will trace your order as a priority. If we are unable to trace your order within a reasonable time, we will either send a replacement order or refund you, according to your preference.

Due to changes within the Royal Mail system from 11.08.2025 the following postcode areas are not included in the Royal Mail Delivery speed services which include: Royal Mail 24 and 48, Tracked 24 and 48, 1st and 2nd Class Account mail Parcels.

 AB36–38, AB54–56, FK18–21, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH19–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, ZE.
