Cancellation and Returns

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving it. Any goods sent to you prior to their cancellation must be returned to us at your own expense and be received by us in fully resaleable condition. We will refund the full cost of such goods to you once this is done.

If you receive an item that is either faulty upon receipt or develops a fault within seven days from receipt, we will arrange collection and replacement or collection and full refund according to your preference. In some instances we may ask you to return the item to us. In such cases we will refund your postage costs.

After this period, manufacturers warranties will apply to the products you have purchased. These vary according to the manufacturer and product. Should you experience a problem with any item purchased from us, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
